SPONGE JELLY ROLL 
6 egg yolks
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat yolks at medium speed. Add sugar, then boiling water, beat. Add flour, baking powder and vanilla. Beat and pour in jelly roll pan, 8"x12", lined with wax paper. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Roll while hot with jelly in center.
