YORKSHIRE PUDDING 
3 eggs
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
Freshly ground pepper
3 tbsp. melted butter or beef drippings

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Butter a heavy baking pan. Beat eggs vigorously until light yellow. Add flour and beat well. Stir in milk, salt, pepper and butter. Pour into pan. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes. Lower heat to 300 degrees and bake another 10 - 12 minutes until well puffed and golden brown. Serve hot with roast meats. Serves 8.
