BUD'S BLUEBERRY CAKE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
5 tbsp. shortening
2 eggs, beaten
2 1/4 c.flour
2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. milk
3/4 tsp. vanilla
4 c. berries, dusted with flour (could use less)

Cream sugar and shortening together. Add 2 eggs, beaten. Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Add flour and milk alternately to eggs and shortening, add vanilla. Mix until smooth. Fold in berries. Spread in 9 x 13 inch greased pan. Sprinkle top with cinnamon and sugar. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 45 minutes.
