MEXICAN CASSEROLE FROM NEW ORLEANS | |
2 lbs. ground meat 1 onion, sauteed 1 pkg. Dorito cheese chips (Nachos work best) 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can Rotel tomatoes 1 can enchilada sauce 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese (or sliced Velveeta) Brown meat, drain. Add onions. Mix soups and Rotel tomatoes and sauce. Layer Doritos, cheese, meat and soup mixtures. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly! |
