LOW - CAL VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. diced celery
1 c. broccoli flowerettes
1 c. cauliflower flowerettes
1 c. sliced carrots
1 med. onion, chopped
1 c. cherry tomatoes
1 green pepper, chopped
1 cucumber, diced
1 c. vinegar
3/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. sweet basil
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)

Place prepared vegetables in large bowl and toss to mix. Combine vinegar, sugar, basil, and salt; pour over vegetables. Marinate overnight. Stir to blend.
