LOW CAL FRUIT SALAD 
2 apples, diced
4 bananas, sliced
1 can mandarin oranges
1/2 cantaloupe, diced
1 wedge watermelon, diced
1 can grapefruit, diced
Grapes, destemmed
1 c. plain yogurt
2 tbsp. sugar

Make sure you drain all your canned fruits. Pour into a large bowl, combine all your other fruits and blend well. Chill and serve.
