PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE | |
1 (12 oz.) jar creamy peanut butter 1 (7 1/2 oz.) jar of marshmallow cream 1 tsp. vanilla extract 1 c. nuts 2 c. white sugar 2 c. brown sugar, firmly packed 3/4 c. milk 1/2 tsp. salt Combine peanut butter, marshmallow cream, vanilla and chopped nuts in a large bowl; set aside. Combine sugar, milk and salt, stir well. Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil. Boil 4 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and pour over peanut butter mixture. Stir quickly until well blended. Pour in buttered pans and allow to cool at least 2 hours. Cut in squares. |
