1 lb. ground beef
1/2 lb. ground pork
1 c. dry bread crumbs
1 1/4 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. minced onion
1 1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. sage
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine all ingredients; shape into loaf. Put in shallow baking pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. OPTIONAL: Spread top of loaf with catsup.
