DRESSING VINAIGRETTE | |
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar or fresh lemon juice (or 1 1/2 tbsp. of both) 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. dry mustard (or 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard) 1 tsp. herbs (such as tarragon, chervil, dill, basil & marjoram) 1/3 c. oil or olive oil Pinch sugar (optional) Combine vinegar or lemon juice, garlic salt, mustard and herbs in an airtight jar. Close and shake to dissolve salt. Add oil; close and shake to blend. Shake again before using. |
