HAMBURGER QUICHE 
9 inch unbaked pastry shell
1/2 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. grated cheddar cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
Dash of pepper

Blend mayonnaise, milk, eggs and cornstarch until smooth. Stir in cooked and drained hamburger, cheese, onion and pepper. Pour into pastry shell and bake 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until golden brown. Serve 6 to 8.
