GRANDMA'S HOT PEPPERS 
1 sm. jar Progresso fried sweet peppers
2 lg. thinly sliced onions
8 oz. can tomato sauce
8 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
3-4 Progresso hot vinegar peppers, sliced
Red crushed pepper to taste

Saute onions in 2 tablespoons olive oil for 3 minutes over low flame. Add all ingredients and simmer 20 minutes on low flame. Serve over sausages, hot dogs, chicken, etc.
