BARBECUE SAUCE 
56 oz. bottled barbecue sauce
28 oz. ketchup
1 lg. onion, diced
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
1 tsp. basil leaves
1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
1/2 tsp. seasoning pepper
1/4 tsp. onion salt
1/2 tsp. hot pepper seeds

Pour barbecue sauce into saucepan and heat over low flame. Add ketchup and mix well, while continuing to heat. Add all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer for 30 minutes. Remove from burner and let sit for 30 minutes. Dip cooked meat into sauce and serve immediately or return meat to grill for a few minutes.
