RAINBOW DESSERT 
1 (3 oz.) strawberry gelatin
1 (3 oz.) orange gelatin
1 (3 oz.) lemon gelatin
1 (3 oz.) lime gelatin
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 (4 oz.) whipped topping

Dissolve 1 package gelatin in 1 cup boiling water. Add 1/4 of 1/2 gallon ice cream, and stir until melted. Pour into a pan (9 x 13) and refrigerate until set, approximately 20 minutes. Repeat the process for each flavor of gelatin. Just before serving swirl top with whipped topping. 12 servings.
