STUFFED STEAK 
1 lg. round steak (not too thick)
7 slices bacon
1 lg. onion (sliced thin)
2 cloves garlic (chopped)
1 med. bell pepper (sliced)
2 tbsp. yellow prepared mustard
3 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. oil

Lay round steak flat. Rub mustard all over on top. Lay bacon slices, then lay onion slices and bell pepper. Take one side (length). Roll to other end and secure with toothpicks. Then roll in flour. Brown in oil on all sides, then add 2 cups water for gravy. Serve over rice or mashed potatoes. Cook 1 hour on low heat.
