STUFFED STEAK 
4 wafer thin steaks
Gravy mix or jar
3 c. bread, diced
1 egg
1 tsp. sage
Onion to taste
Salt
Pepper

Mix bread, egg, sage, onion, salt and pepper for stuffing (or use box mix or homemade). Wrap stuffing in steak and secure with toothpick. Pour gravy over steaks. Bake in oven 1 hour at 300 degrees.
