VEGETABLE STUFFED ROUND STEAK 
3 lbs. round steak (sliced thin)
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt and 1 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. shredded carrots
2 tsp. minced onion
1 (4 oz.) mushroom pieces, chopped
1 tsp. catsup
1/3 c. chopped celery
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 c. beef broth
Pinch of sugar

Remove bone from steak; cut into 6 strips. Combine salt and flour, pound into the meat. Mix together green pepper, carrots, celery, onion, mushrooms and salt. Divide evenly and spread over half of each meat strip. Roll up meat and tie with string. Heat skillet 3 minutes. Add oil, and brown meat about 5 minutes. Add broth, catsup, and sugar. Cover and simmer for 1 hour.
