GRANDMA ESTHER'S GERMAN BLATZ

12 egg yolks
12 tbsp. milk
4 c. flour
24 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. sugar

Beat egg yolks, butter, milk, sugar until blended. Then add flour to make a stiff dough. Heat oven to 400 degrees and heat cookie sheets (tin or aluminum only). Roll dough into paper-thin sections. Bake until it turns light brown and bubbly (like pizza). Watch closely so not to burn.

After baked, brush with melted butter and sprinkle with granulated sugar. Break into serving size pieces. Store in airtight tins. Can also be frozen.
