GRANDMA DOSS GERMAN NOODLES 
1 pkg. noodles (any width of noodles)
1 stick butter
A little milk
Salt and pepper to taste

Boil noodles in salted water until done. Drain noodles, add milk and butter. Salt and pepper to taste.

In a small pan add 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 cup flour. Put on medium heat and cook until it turns a golden brown. Turn down flame if it acts like it wants to burn. When brown, pour noodles into a bowl or serving dish. Pour browned butter mixture over noodles (don't stir). Serve hot.
