BEST EVER CORN CASSEROLE 
1 (16 oz.) can of kernel corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) tub of sour cream
1 pkg. of Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 (16 oz.) can of creamed corn
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper, to taste

Mix all wet ingredients. Add onion. Gradually add corn muffin mix and pour into greased 8 x 8 casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
