1 box yellow butter cake mix
1 egg
1 stick soft butter

TOPPING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, soft
2 eggs
1 box confectioners' sugar

Mix together first three ingredients and press into buttered glass pan (9 x 13 inches). Mix remaining ingredients and pour over the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. Cool and cut.
