1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. tomato juice
4 tbsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1/5 bottle Texas Pete
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder

Mix, baste chicken as it cooks. Takes about 1 1/2 to 3 hours.
