1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
2 tsp. sugar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 med. onion, chopped
1/3 c. oil
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 c. lemon juice or vinegar
4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. Tabasco
1 can Hunt's tomato sauce
2 c. catsup

Put chicken pieces in roaster with lid. Cook 25 minutes, pour over water and grease, then add sauce (which has been heated) and continue cooking. Cook at 350 degrees 45 minutes with lid on and 45 minutes with lid off.
