DUTCH PASTRY CRUST 
2 cubes butter
2 c. flour
2/3 c. sour cream
1 egg

Mix flour and butter with 2 knives until crumbly. Make a hole in dry mix. Pour egg and sour cream in and work until dough forms. Mix thoroughly. Make 2 large cookies of dough. Wrap in saran wrap for 2 hours and chill. Then pat out on floured board. Work with hands. Roll out crust. Makes 2 covered pies or 4 open pies.
