1 box Duncan Hines yellow butter cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, not drained

Mix 4 minutes. Pour into 3 (8 inch) round cake pans. Bake at 325 degree oven until done (about 22 minutes)

FROSTING:

1 (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese

Mix all ingredients and frost cake when cold. Refrigerate.
