PEA PICKING CAKE 
1 box butter cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. salad oil

TOPPING:

1 lg. carton whipped topping
1 lg. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 sm. box instant vanilla pudding mix

First four ingredients, beat until blended, pour into three 8" greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.

TOPPING: Combine pineapple and juice with pudding mix. Fold into whipped topping. Spread on three layers. Cake should be refrigerated.
