PEA PICKING CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 c. oil
1 can mandarin oranges (undrained)
8 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple (undrained)
Lg. pkg. French vanilla instant pudding
Coconut
Nuts, chopped

Mix and beat cake mix, eggs, oil and undrained Mandarin oranges. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. (Cake will fall). Cool. Top with mixture of Cool Whip, pineapple and pudding. Sprinkle with coconut and nuts.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
