PEA PICKING CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1 sm. can mandarin oranges with juice
1/2 c. oil

Beat together. Bake in 350 degree oven in three 8 inch cake pans for 20-25 minutes. Grease and flour pans.

TOPPING:

1 lg. (9 oz.) Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 lg. pkg. instant vanilla pudding

Mix pudding and pineapple. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on cooled cake.
