PEA PICKING CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil

Mix and pour into three 8 inch cake pans. Bake 25 minutes at 350 degrees.

FROSTING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 lg. can crushed pineapple
1 box Jello instant vanilla pudding

Mix pineapple and pudding. Fold in Cool Whip. Frost cool cake and keep refrigerated.
