PEA PICKING CAKE 
1 box yellow cake mix
4 eggs
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 sm. can mandarin orange slices, not drained

In a large bowl mix all ingredients well using all the juice of the orange slices. Pour in a greased pan 11 x 13 inch. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

FROSTING:

1 med. can crushed pineapple, not drained
9 oz. Cool Whip
1 lg. box vanilla instant pudding, mix

Mix pineapple and its juice with pudding. Blend in Cool Whip well. Spread on cooled cake. Refrigerate overnight before serving.
