PEA PICKING CAKE 
1 golden yellow cake mix
1 sm. can mandarin oranges, with juice
4 eggs
1/2 c. cooking oil

Beat all ingredients together for 2 minutes until well blended. Do not add mandarin oranges until last 30 seconds of beating. Use 3 greased cake pans. Bake at 350 degrees about 25 to 30 minutes.

FILLING:

1 lg. Cool Whip
1 big can crushed pineapple, with juice (drain part of juice)
1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding

Combine pineapple with juice and Jello pudding. Fold into Cool Whip. Spread between layers and on top and on sides of cooled cake. Refrigerate overnight.
