MARINATED BEEF STRIPS 
1 lb. cooked roast beef
1 sm. onion, thinly sliced
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. dairy sour cream

Cut meat in thin strips. Separate onion in rings. Combine beef, onion, salt, and pepper. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Stir in sour cream. Chill and serve in lettuce lined plate, if desired. Makes 6 servings.
