PEPPERED GREENS 
2 bunches greens (turnip, mustard, or mixed)
1 c. diced turnips
1 red bell pepper, sliced very thin
1 onion, sliced very thin or diced
1 tomato, sliced thin
1 c. lean ham, diced

Wash and cook greens with turnips. Season to taste. In baking dish layer half of cooked greens, pepper, onion, tomato, and ham; repeat layer. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes till heated through.
