BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
6 to 8 slices of bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
1/2 c. sharp cheddar, grated
1/2 c. swiss cheese, grated
1/2 c. mushroom pieces
3/4 c. half and half or 1 can mushroom soup and 1/3 can milk
1 1/4 c. milk with half and half only
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. prepared mustard
5 eggs, slightly beaten
1 can green chilies

Oil a 13x9 inch pan. Line the bottom with the bread pieces. Sprinkle sausage over bread; add cheese and mushrooms. Combine cream, eggs, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Pour over sausage mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Serve with:

HELL ON THE BORDER TOPPING:

Tomatoes, onions, green chilies. Chop and combine equal amounts of each (as much as you want). Refrigerate overnight.
