BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
8 slices bread, cubed
1 lb. sausage, browned
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Mix:

4 eggs, beaten
2 1/2 c. milk

Add:

3/4 tsp. dry mustard

Set aside. Combine:

1 can mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt

Grease 9 x 15 inch pan. Layer - bread, sausage, cheese. Pour egg mixture over. Pour soup mixture over top. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.
