CABBAGE CASSEROLE 
1 med. head cabbage
1 med. onion, chopped
3 tbsp. butter
8 oz. cheese, grated
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 1/2 c. herb seasoning stuffing mix

Cook cabbage, drain. Saute onion in butter, add cheese and mushroom soup. Heat until well done.
