ZUCCHINI APPLE COBBLER 
4 c. flour
3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3 sticks butter
8 c. zucchini, peeled & sliced like apples
2/3 c. lemon juice
1 tsp. nutmeg
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine flour, 2 cups sugar, salt and butter together. Mix until crumbly and set aside. Cook together sliced zucchini and lemon juice until zucchini is tender. Add remaining 1 cup sugar, nutmeg and cinnamon. Simmer for a few minutes. Add 1/2 cup of crumb mixture and stir until thickened. Let cool. Pat 1/2 crumb mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes. Pour zucchini mixture over this and sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over top. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes.
