CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER SPREAD | |
Better than store bought versions because it is less sweet. Just enough honey to counter the bitterness of the cocoa powder. Use this on anything you would use peanut butter on. Great on bananas. I wanted a peanut butter version of Nutella. 1/2 cup chocolate chips 2 tbsp. honey 3 tbsp. cocoa powder 1 1/2 cups peanut butter Place chocolate chips and honey in a bowl. Melt the chip mixture in the microwave. Stir in the cocoa and the peanut butter until smooth. Store at room temperature. Makes 2 cups. Submitted by: Judy |
