BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 (4 lb.) chicken
2 c. lima beans
4 c. tomatoes (canned)
2 lg. onions
4 med. potatoes (diced)
2 tsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
3 c. corn (frozen or canned)
Salt to taste

Brown chicken on all sides, then boil in 1 gallon of water. When ready to fall off the bone, take out and pull off bone. Put back in water and add all other ingredients except corn and boil until beans are done. Add corn last and cook until corn is done.

Serves 10. Preparation: 3 hours.
