EASY BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 lb. cooked ground beef
1 c. cooked chicken, diced
32 oz. tomatoes, diced
2 cans creamed corn
1 c. chopped onions
10 oz. ketchup
2 tbsp. lemon juice
3 tbsp. Worcestershire
dash of Tabasco
1 (16 oz.) can mixed vegetables (optional)

Combine all ingredients. Cook in crock-pot 2 1/2 to 3 hours on high.
