BRUNSWICK STEW 
1 (4-5 lb.) hen
2 sm. cans white corn
2 lg. cans tomatoes
5-6 lg. potatoes, chopped
1 sm. green pepper, chopped
1 sm. can okra
1/2 stick butter
1 sm. can lima beans
Salt & pepper to taste

Cook hen and debone. Combine pieces of hen with all other ingredients and simmer about 2 hours. Freezes well for quick winter meals.
