SLICED CHICKEN ON LINGUINE 
1 lg. whole chicken breast, deboned & sliced 1/4-inch thick pieces lengthwise
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. vegetable oil
1/4 lb. mushrooms, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
1 green pepper, sliced
1 clove garlic, chopped fine
1 c. tomato sauce
1 c. brown sauce (commercial broth)
1 c. broccoli, cooked
4 servings linguine
Parmesan cheese

Heat butter and oil in saute pan. When hot, add chicken and cook 5 minutes; turn. Add dash of salt and pepper, mushrooms, onions, peppers and garlic. Cook 4 to 5 minutes over medium heat. Pour in sauces and add broccoli. Mix well and simmer several minutes over low heat. Arrange linguine on plates, pour chicken mixture on top and sprinkle with cheese.
