CRAB CAKES NICK PRENCIPE 
3 tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tbsp. mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 lb. shredded crab meat
1/2 c. bread crumbs
2 eggs

Put the mustard, mayonnaise and Worcestershire sauce and Bay seasoning in a bowl and thoroughly mix. Beat 2 eggs and add. Add the finely chopped onion - mix well. Add crab meat and mix well. Add bread crumbs and mix well.

Make into cakes and freeze - or use. If frozen - cook them without thawing. Put them on a broil pan - add a bit of butter to both sides - place rack a bit lower than broil position - 375 to 400 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes each side, brown - don't burn.
