SUPPER ON A BREAD SLICE 
1 tube crescent rolls
Regular size bag of Taco chips
2 lbs. ground beef; browned and drained
1 pkg. dry taco mix
8 oz. sour cream
1 c. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Line bottom of pan with crescent rolls, opened flat. Cover with 1/2 crushed taco chips. Place hamburger, taco mix and sour cream (well mixed) atop, spreading evenly. Cover with the remaining crushed taco chips. Then put sharp cheddar (shredded) over taco chips; topping the whole mixture with shredded mozzarella.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes or until dough on bottom is golden brown. NOTE: I cover the casserole for about 16 to 20 minutes with foil; then remove to brown to your liking. Serves 6 to 8.
