2 c. Mission Mix
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. water

Stir sugar into mix; beat egg and add to water. Add to mix; stir until blended. Do not beat. Spread in oiled pan, 8 x 9 inches. Sprinkle with topping and bake in oven at 375 degrees F. for 10 minutes.

TOPPING:

1/4 c. white sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Mission Mix
1 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter

If you don't have brown sugar all white can be used.
