STIR FRIED CHICKEN WITH
VEGETABLES
 
2 c. bok choy (may substitute 2 c. oriental style sliced celery)
2 c. onions, sliced
1 c. carrots, sliced thin
2 c. mushrooms, sliced
20 pea pods
1 lb. chicken, boneless breast meat, sliced thinly in 1 inch long pieces
1 tbsp. garlic, granulated or powdered
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. Accent (optional)
2 tbsp. oyster sauce
Peanut or corn oil

Combine all the vegetables in a mixing bowl and toss with 1/2 of the garlic, ginger, Accent and red pepper.

In a separate mixing bowl, place the chicken, 2 tablespoons of oil and the remaining spices and toss.
