STIR FRY VEGETABLES WITH CHICKEN 
Broccoli
Cauliflower
Chi cken
Soy sauce
Cooking oil
Oriental canned vegetables

Cut broccoli, cauliflower and chicken into bite-size pieces. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in frying pan. Saute chicken. Add 2 tablespoon soy sauce, broccoli and cauliflower. Stir fry for 5 minutes. Add 2 tablespoons water and, if desired, more soy sauce. Add canned vegetables; stir and cover to steam for 5 additional minutes, or until vegetables are tender. Serve over rice.
