LEMON FILLING 
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. self rising flour
2 eggs
3 lemons (juice)
2 tbsp. real butter
Dash of salt

Mix in heavy pot. Mix sugar and flour. Beat eggs and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until it start to cook (thicken around the bottom side of the pot) keep stirring while cooking. Add butter and salt. Beat with spoon as you layer cake. Makes enough for four layers.
