APPLE OATMEAL PUDDING 
2 c. milk
3 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. rolled oats regular or instant
1 c. diced peeled apple
1/2 c. raisins
Cream

Put milk, 2 tablespoons sugar, butter, salt and cinnamon in saucepan. Scald milk. Add oats, apple and raisins and heat until bubbles appear at edge of pan. Turn into buttered 1 1/2 quart casserole and bake in 350 degree oven about 30 minutes. After 15 minutes stir and sprinkle with remaining sugar. Serve with cream. Serves 4.
