POPPY SEED POUND CAKE MUFFINS | |
2 c. flour 3 tsp. poppy seeds 1 c. plain yogurt 1/2 c. butter 1/2 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 2 eggs 1/4 tsp. baking soda 1 c. sugar Stir flour, poppy seeds, salt, and soda in a small bowl. In large bowl, cream sugar and butter. Beat in eggs one at a time. Beat in yogurt and vanilla; blend well. Stir in flour mixture until moistened thoroughly. Spoon batter into greased muffin tins. Makes 12-14. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before serving. |
