BEEF RICE CASSEROLE 
2 c. cooked rice
1/3 c. chopped onion
1/3 c. chopped green pepper
1 can (4.5 oz.) drained mushroom sliced
1 can (8 oz.) drained water chestnuts
2 tbsp. butter
2 lbs. lean ground beef
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. celery powder
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
2 cans cream of chicken soup
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese

Brown ground beef, saute vegetables in vegetable oil. Drain beef well. Combine all ingredients except cheese, pour into 9 x 13 pan. Top with cheese and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
